For Post-1945 Photographs only. Some images with-held.
This fee includes release of copyright for Amateur use by you to:~ Make your own enlargements for crew, family & friends but not give or sell to the general public. Make your own Christmas Cards / Greetings Cards / on-board Cards. Use on your amateur website, providing that website does not advertise commercially or ask for money.
What is not included is use to advertise the boat for sale or charter, in print or digital media (website). Nor in an advertisement un-connected to the boat ie Coca Cola, Rolex etc. Nor produced as a Poster, Print, Canvas or Card or in a Book on sale to the general public. No re-assignment of the image to another party without permission from Beken. ie a sailmaker using the image in an advert.
Commercial. Hi-Res for Commercial use: £195
For Post-1945 Photographs only. Some images with-held.
This fee includes the above plus...Release of copyright for Limited Commercial use by you or your Company for you to:~ Use in all your own printing requirements ie your magazine adverts, business cards & flyers, website. Use to advertise the boat for sale, charter, in print or digital media (website).
What is not included is use in an advertisement un-connected to the boat ie Coca Cola, Rolex etc nor produced as a Poster, Print, Canvas or Card or in a Book on sale to the general public.
